Renovated in 2015, our house, known as the Pink Palace, is a home away from home at the University of Michigan. Commonly, girls congregate in the living room to watch TV or study together late into the night in various study spots. The house includes a mix of singles, doubles, triples, and quads. Other amenities include: a workout room, arts and craft room, juice and coffee machine, and limited parking. With the change of seasons, our house mom decorates the house, which is always a warm welcome when returning from break.

Living in our beautiful house is one of our favorite parts of being Gamma Phis at Michigan! Our alumni always count the time they spent living in 1520 with their sisters as one of their most cherished Gamma Phi memories.
